Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha

Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide will be waiting for you. After a brief introduction, you will be transferred to Arusha. Our guide can give you a short town tour to enjoy the beauty of the city and its people (if you have time and energy).

Arusha is a gateway to the safari destinations in the northeast. It is located in the Northern Highlands of Tanzania, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro. The city of approximately 400,000 people is mostly dominated by 2 big communities; the Maasai and the Meru people.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Our safari will commence as your guide collects you from your hotel in Arusha. From there, we will venture towards Tarangire National Park, engaging in an enthralling game drive. Your guide will identify the ideal location within the park where you will indulge in a delightful picnic lunch before you conclude the game drive.

Tarangire National Park gets its name from the Tarangire River which is the sole source of water for the wildlife during the Dry season. The park is renowned for its abundant population of elephants, striking baobab trees, and African pythons that climb trees.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park – Lake Manyara National Park

Have breakfast and then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. This day promises an excellent view of Lake Manyara and close encounters with elephants in the woodlands. Visit the renowned Manyara hippo pool where a multitude of hippos gracefully inhabit the water from morning to evening.

The park provides a magnificent perspective of the 400-meter-deep Great Rift Valley. This geological marvel emerged 22 to 25 million years ago when movement in a vulnerable area of the Earth’s crust led to the formation of a rift spanning thousands of kilometers across East Africa. The valley’s enormity is so extraordinary that it is visible from outer space, boasting unique landscapes that attract a diverse array of animals.

Apart from the captivating Lake Manyara, the park features dense rainforests teeming with numerous troops of monkeys and a rich variety of bird species. Prepare to be immersed in nature’s wonders as you explore this captivating ecosystem.

Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park

Wake up to the captivating sounds of Africa, marking the beginning of an exciting day. We will set off early for a thrilling afternoon of observing wildlife in the famous Serengeti. Get ready for an exhilarating game drive through the vast Serengeti National Park, and enjoy a delightful picnic lunch along the way.

The word “Serengeti” comes from the Maasai language and means “endless plains.” These expansive grasslands are home to many predators; more than 4,000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1,000 leopards, 3,500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! Numerous other magnificent animals inhabit these plains, and your knowledgeable guide will be excited to search for them.

Day 5: Full-day game viewing in Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will gather your lunch boxes and embark on an exciting game drive safari in the Serengeti. Accompanied by your knowledgeable safari guide, you will venture into the expansive and picturesque plains of the Serengeti National Park. Keep your eyes peeled as you search for the impressive predators and the peaceful herbivores they rely on for their meals. It’s a remarkable opportunity to witness the captivating wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast we head out for another game drive embarking on our journey to the Ngorongoro Crater.
The animals roam freely through the unfenced reserves offering us an uninterrupted game viewing experience.
Arriving at the edge of the Ngorongoro highlands we have our first glimpse of what awaits us the following day – glistening streams, open grassland and a myriad amount of animals.
We spend the evening and night at your lodge, boasting aesthetically tasteful restaurants and the most commodious of rooms for your rest, ease, and dreams of the African Wild

Day 7: Karatu – Arusha

Start your day with a delicious breakfast and get ready to explore one of Africa’s incredible wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. This amazing place was formed by a huge volcano eruption long ago. It’s a special spot with rich volcanic soil that creates a unique ecosystem. You’ll find a wide variety of animals here, more than anywhere else in Africa. Lions, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and many other fascinating species call this place home.

One particular animal that makes the Ngorongoro Crater special is the rare black rhino. This sanctuary provides a safe haven for these endangered creatures. Seeing them in their natural habitat is a truly remarkable experience that highlights the importance of protecting our planet’s biodiversity.

Day 8 : Airport transfer

  • Bring Binoculars for better sighting
  • Bring appropriate clothes for Safari including, Safari Pants & Tshirts (Long and Short), Long sleeve shirts, Hats, Appropriate shoes for safari include full closed & Sandals, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Medicine and 
  • Don’t forget/bring Cameras to take pictures for memories
  • It is recommended to bring mosquito spray with high mint
  • A warm sweater and Jacket as the night can be chilly at high altitudes (Up to 5 C)
