Today, after breakfast at the lodge, you’ll drive at least 30 minutes to reach the Ngorongoro entrance gate. This amazing place is home to many East African animals, and you might even see the rare black rhinos. The crater is about 20 kilometers wide, so you’ll spend around 6 hours to exploring it. You’ll have lunch at the scenic Ngoitoktok picnic site, overlooking Hippo Lake. After lunch, you’ll continue with an afternoon game drive before heading back to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

Start your adventure with a pick-up, then head to Materuni Village. Take a short but refreshing hike to Materuni Falls, enjoying a stunning view of the cascading waters.
